‘Bad P’ charged with stealing poker boxes
Detectives assigned to the Port Antonio Criminal Investigations Branch charged 26-year-old Andrew Bennett, otherwise called 'Bad P', with housebreaking and larceny, following an incident at a business establishment in Islington district between April 2 and 3.
Reports are that at 10:50 p.m., the employee securely locked the shop and went home. At 5 a.m. the following day, it was discovered that the shop had been broken into. The police were summoned, and on their arrival, the shop owner confirmed that several items had been stolen, namely, two American Roulette boxes, several touchscreen monitors, three circuit boards, a bill acceptor, and an undetermined amount of coins. The monitors were tracked to a house in the parish, where Miller was seen and taken into custody.
He was subsequently charged following an eyewitness statement and an interview in the presence of his attorney. His court date is being finalised.
