Unidentified body found in St Catherine

Police personnel from the Ewarton Police Station yesterday found the body of a man who they believe was a taxi operator.
Reports are that about 1:30 p.m., the police were called to Charlie Mount Farm Scheme in St Catherine. The police found the body, clad in blue pants and a shirt, lying face down in a pool of blood.
Closer examination revealed what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the head.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the man may have been the victim of a robbery as loose change was seen close to the body.
The man is yet to be identified.
The police said that no vehicle was found on the scene.
